Cancellation Policy
For classes held at Hopewell Weaving
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will qualify for a 100% refund. Cancellations made up until the day of the event will qualify for an 80% refund.
Cancellations due to weather conditions will be refunded at 100%.
For Hopewell Weaving held Off Site (Includes Retreats)
Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the event date, will qualify for a 100% refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will be refunded at 50% of total paid.
Cancellations due to weather conditions will be refunded at 100%.
